YOUTH SPEED, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

This program is structured to enhance specialized athletic performance for single or multiple sport athletes. This inclusive training model emphasizes not only strength, power, speed, agility & stamina but focuses on injury prevention strategies: including flexibility, balance, coordination and joint stabilization. There is also a strong component for developing interpersonal and leadership skills, camaraderie, discipline and mental fortitude while developing overall stature for increased physical/mental health & well being.
